Privacy notice

This notice explains what Deals Systems does with the details you give us through this website. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our Book a call page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you add them, your company website, your job title and your message. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That means replying to you, arranging a time to talk, and preparing the Deal Source Map you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask about.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to the same conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are never sold, rented or traded. They are seen only by the people at Deals Systems who handle your request and by the service providers who host this website and carry its messages, who may use them only to provide that service.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking scripts and no advertising tags. The only outside resource it loads is a typeface library used to display the text.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to marissa.white@dealssystems.co or send a note through the form on our Book a call page and we will act on it promptly. If we have written to you and you would prefer we did not, a reply saying "stop" ends contact.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
